Presidio to rename as Presidio Production Company with new board appointments.

Presidio Investment Holdings, a US oil and gas operator, has announced the directors for the board of the combined company with EQV Ventures Acquisition Corp. The board will include oil and gas veterans to drive value creation. Presidio has filed an amended Form S-4 to include EQV Resources acquisition, board appointments, and other updates. The combined company will be renamed Presidio Production Company and trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "FTW".
