Prelude Growth Partners III Reaches $600 Million Cap, Oversubscribed

Prelude Growth Partners, a private-equity firm, has raised its third fund to $600 million, exceeding its target. The firm, founded in 2017 by two consumer sector specialists, attracted investors from previous funds, including endowments, foundations, and pensions, as well as a few new ones. The fund will support fast-growing brands in the consumer sector.
