Pony.ai and Chenqi Mobility Unveil Joint Robotaxi Fleet with Over 100 Gen-7 Vehicles

Pony.ai and Chenqi Mobility have launched a joint robotaxi fleet with over 100 Gen-7 vehicles, joining Chenqi's ride-hailing platform OnTime Mobility. The upgraded strategic cooperation agreement focuses on Pony.ai's autonomous driving technology and Chenqi's mobility platform expertise to foster a replicable and scalable commercialization model. Pony.ai's Gen-7 Robotaxi platform is designed for a lifespan of up to 600,000 kilometers and has achieved positive unit economics in Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
