Plymouth Industrial REIT stockholders have approved the all-cash acquisition of the company by entities affiliated with Makarora Management LP and Ares Alternative Credit funds. The acquisition was approved at a special meeting held on January 22, 2026. The Company will provide final vote results in a Current Report on Form 8-K to be filed with the SEC.
