Pinnacle West Reports Q3 Net Income of $413.2 Million, Beats 2024 Earnings

Pinnacle West Capital Corp. reported Q3 2025 net income of $413.2 million, or $3.39 per share, up from $395.0 million, or $3.37 per share, in the same period last year. The increase was driven by higher customer usage, customer growth, and pricing, as well as lower operations and maintenance expenses. However, the results were partially offset by the unfavorable impacts of weather effects, higher interest charges, and lower pension and other post-retirement non-service credits.
