Pharmaceutical Stocks: Indivior, Liquidia, Crinetics Top Quant List as Merck Acquires Terns for $6.7B

Merck has acquired Terns Pharmaceuticals for $6.7 billion, expanding its oncology pipeline. Indivior, Liquidia, and Crinetics are among the top U.S.-listed pharmaceutical stocks. Merck's acquisition of Terns is its second major deal in less than a month, following the $11.5 billion acquisition of Tilos Therapeutics. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2023.
