Performance Shipping Secures Three-Year Time Charter Contracts with Repsol for Two Modern Suezmax Tankers

Performance Shipping Inc. has secured three-year time charter contracts with Repsol for its two recently acquired Suezmax tankers, the M/T P. Bel Air and M/T P. Beverly Hills, at a gross rate of $36,500 per day per vessel. The vessels will commence chartering upon delivery to the Company by early 2026, generating approximately $78 million in gross revenue for the minimum firm period of the three-year charters. This employment further enhances the Company's fleetwide contracted revenue backlog and earnings visibility.
