Performance Shipping Inks 3-Year Time Charter Deal for M/T P. Monterey at $31,000 per Day

Performance Shipping Inc. has entered into a three-year time charter contract for the M/T P. Monterey at a gross charter rate of $31,000 per day. The charter is expected to commence in mid-February and generate approximately $33 million of gross revenue for the minimum duration. This new charter increases the company's fleetwide aggregate backlog to a record level of $349 million as of January 1, 2026.
