Peloton and Respin Health collaboration finds 84% of women in a 60-day program experienced overall symptom improvement during menopause. The program included online community, coaching sessions, educational resources, and scalable fitness programming. Key symptoms improved include feeling tired/worn out, brain fog, lack of energy, weight gain, and poor memory, with average improvements ranging from 26% to 41%. Daily sitting time decreased by 30 minutes and sleep quality improved.
