Pathfinder Bancorp Announces Q3 2025 Dividend of $0.10 Per Share

Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc. has declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its voting common and non-voting common stock and $0.10 per notional share for the issued warrant relating to the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2025. The dividend will be payable to all shareholders of record on October 17, 2025, and paid on November 7, 2025.
