Parse Biosciences Launches FFPE-Compliant Barcoding Technology for Whole Transcriptome Single-Cell Analysis

Parse Biosciences, a QIAGEN company, has launched FFPE-compatible barcoding technology for whole transcriptome single cell analysis. The technology enables true whole transcriptome single cell RNA sequencing from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded samples, allowing researchers to access single-cell resolution across the full transcriptome. This breakthrough addresses a fundamental challenge for single-cell RNA sequencing, enabling exponentially scalable, species-agnostic, and unbiased whole transcriptome single cell profiling of FFPE tissues.
