Parataxis Holdings Acquires Sinsiway, Valued at Up to KRW 35 Billion.

Parataxis Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Parataxis Capital Management LLC, has entered into a definitive agreement with Sinsiway Co. Ltd. to acquire a controlling interest in the company. The transaction, valued at up to KRW 35 billion, will result in Sinsiway changing its corporate name to Parataxis ETH, Inc. The acquisition aims to bring an institutionally-backed, Ethereum treasury company to the South Korean public markets.
