Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) has announced a quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2025, with a payment date of January 14, 2026. PCA is a leading producer of containerboard products and uncoated freesheet paper in North America, operating ten paper mills and 92 corrugated products plants.
