Owens Corning Sued by Fincantieri for Faulty Cruise Ship Panels

Fincantieri has sued Owens Corning for fraud, alleging that the company sold faulty fire-resisting panels for cruise ships and military vessels. The shipbuilder claims it spent over $100 million to investigate and repair the affected ships after a recall was issued. Owens Corning has not commented on the lawsuit.
