Brien, who has served as Interim CEO since February 2025, brings over four decades of global experience in advertising, media, and digital marketing. Additionally, the company elected Michael Barrett and Nicolle Pangis to its Board, with Barrett serving on the Nominating and Governance Committee and Pangis on the Compensation Committee.
