Orion Digital Corp. Boosts Balance Sheet with Sale of Remaining WonderFi Stake

Orion Digital Corp. has exited its remaining equity position in WonderFi Technologies Inc., increasing its cash and cash equivalents by more than 50% to approximately CDN$27 million. The monetization comes after WonderFi's acquisition by Robinhood Markets, Inc. The company plans to use the strengthened balance sheet for disciplined capital allocation and executing its long-term strategy across wealth, payments, and digital assets.
