VIA optronics AG and Autolink Form Joint Venture for Automotive Display Solutions

VIA optronics and Autolink announce a joint venture, Wuxi Turing Intelligent Display Technology Co., Ltd., to expand their business scopes and offer combined capabilities for automotive system solutions. The new joint venture will take over display device manufacturing and display assembly, while Autolink will be responsible for Electronic Control Units and VIA will provide display solutions and camera products. This partnership aims to complement the supply chain for smart cockpit platforms in the automotive industry.

NUREMBERG, Germany -- VIA optronics AG (OTC: VIAOY) and Autolink Information Technology Co., Ltd. have announced the formation of Wuxi Turing Intelligent Display Technology Co., Ltd. (Turing), a new joint venture aimed at expanding their respective business scopes and offering combined capabilities for automotive system solutions. The joint venture, which was officially announced on May 28, 2025, marks a significant step in their strategic collaboration.

The new joint venture, Turing, will focus on display device manufacturing and display assembly, while Autolink will be responsible for Electronic Control Units (ECU). VIA will provide its display solutions and camera products, as well as optical bonding manufacturing services. This partnership aims to complement the supply chain for smart cockpit platforms in the automotive industry.
