Open Lending Appoints Abhijit Chaudhary to Board of Directors, Replacing Gene Yoon

Open Lending Corporation has appointed Abhijit "Abhi" Chaudhary to its Board of Directors, replacing Gene Yoon. Chaudhary has over 20 years of experience in leading product strategy for growth-oriented financial services businesses. He currently serves as Executive Vice President at Mastercard and has held senior leadership roles at American Express and Discover Card. Chaudhary will serve on the Company's Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
