Onex Partners Acquires Integrated Specialty Coverages in Insurance Sector Deal

Onex Partners has agreed to acquire Integrated Specialty Coverages, a tech-enabled insurance platform, from KKR. The investment is being made alongside PSP Investments, Ardian, and other institutional equity partners. ISC's management team and employees will remain significant shareholders. Onex Partners has a long history of successfully investing across the property & casualty insurance value chain, particularly in founder-led businesses.
