Omnicom and Interpublic Extend Exchange Offers to November 28, 2025.

Omnicom Group and Interpublic Group have extended the expiration date of their exchange offers and consent solicitations for Interpublic's outstanding notes from October 31 to November 28, in preparation for their expected merger closing by the end of November. The exchange offers will issue new Omnicom notes in exchange for Interpublic notes, subject to the merger closing.
