Olaplex Acquired by Henkel in $1.4B Deal, Shares Jump 50%

Olaplex Holdings' shares jumped nearly 50% in premarket trading after agreeing to be acquired by German consumer-products company Henkel for $1.4 billion. Henkel is paying $2.06 a share, a 55% premium to Wednesday's closing price. The deal is expected to close in Q2.
