Okeanis Eco Tankers raises $130mln through share offering to fund vessel acquisitions.

Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. has successfully priced a share offering of 3,611,111 new shares at $36.00 per share, raising approximately $130 million. The net proceeds will be used for the acquisition of two newbuilding Suezmax vessels at a price of $99.3 million per vessel. The vessels are expected to be delivered in Q2 2026.
