Nuveen Closed-End Funds Declare Distributions, Nuveen Multi-Asset Income Fund Shifts to Monthly Regular Distributions

Several Nuveen closed-end funds have declared distributions. The Nuveen Multi-Asset Income Fund will change its regular distribution frequency from quarterly to monthly beginning July 1, 2025, with a monthly distribution amount of $0.1260 per share, reflecting a 9% reduction on a monthly equivalent basis. The funds aim to distribute all or substantially all of their net investment income each year through regular distributions and to distribute realized capital gains at least annually.
