NusaTrip Waives Lock-Up Agreement with Society Pass

NusaTrip Incorporated, a travel ecosystem, has announced that Cathay Securities has granted consent to waive the lock-up agreement with Society Pass Incorporated, allowing for early release from the six-month lock-up period associated with NusaTrip's initial public offering in August 2025. The move enables Society Pass to offer, sell, or transfer NusaTrip securities without restriction, as of January 15, 2026.
