NUBURU Acquires Italian Laser Specialist Lyocon for $2m

NUBURU has agreed to acquire Italian laser specialist Lyocon for $2m. The acquisition expands NUBURU's European engineering footprint and strengthens its transformation into a vertically integrated Defense & Security Technology Hub. Lyocon's capabilities include designing and producing complete laser systems, with a focus on direct-diode and DPSS laser sources in visible and near-IR wavelengths. The deal accelerates NUBURU's ability to deploy next-generation products across industrial automation, precision manufacturing, and defense sectors.
