Novagold closes upsized bought deal private placement for $310mln.

Novagold Resources has closed a bought deal private placement for gross proceeds of US$310 million, comprising 31,020,000 common shares at US$10.00 per share. The offering included the partial exercise of an over-allotment option and two cornerstone investors. The proceeds will be used to fund the Company's operations and investments.
