NOVAGOLD Announces Closing of Upsized Bought Deal for Gross Proceeds of US$310 Million

NOVAGOLD Resources Inc. has closed a bought deal private placement for gross proceeds of approximately $310 million. The company will use the net proceeds for Donlin Gold activities, settlement of a promissory note with Barrick Mining Corporation, and general corporate purposes. The common shares were offered in Canada, the US, and internationally under applicable exemptions from prospectus requirements.
