Novacap Acquires Integral Ad Science for $1.9 Billion in Cash Deal

Novacap Management Inc has acquired Integral Ad Science Holding Corp. from Vista Equity Partners Fund VI for approximately $1.9 billion. Novacap will acquire all outstanding shares of IAS for $10.30 per share in cash, with the transaction subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. IAS will continue to operate under its name and brand, and the merger is expected to close before the end of 2025.
