Nouveau Monde Graphite to Pay Accrued Interests with Common Shares

Nouveau Monde Graphite announces the payment of accrued interests to Investissement Québec for Q4 2025 under a previously announced private placement. The accrued interests will be paid in the form of 131,659 common shares at a price of US$2.44, representing an aggregate amount of US$321,248. The issuance of common shares is subject to approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange and New York Stock Exchange.
