Norwegian Cruise Line Enhances Revenue Management System and Appoints New Chief Technology Officer

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) completed Phase 1 of an upgraded revenue management system in late 2022, marking a significant step towards addressing operational gaps. The company also brought in a new Chief Technology Officer and took a $95 million write-down on back-office IT systems in Q4 FY2022. Management expects marginal, targeted investments in customer-facing systems and a focus on driving efficiency. NCLH operates cruise services under Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
