NexMetals Continues into British Columbia, Replaces Articles and Bylaws

NexMetals Mining Corp. has continued its operations from Ontario to British Columbia, replacing its articles and bylaws with new ones under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). Shareholders approved the continuance at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on June 3, 2025. The CUSIP/ISIN numbers and stock symbol for the company's common shares remain unchanged.
