NewGenIVF Appoints Joshua Chu as Senior Counsel for Tokenization Strategy.

NewGenIVF Group Limited, a technology-driven company, has appointed Joshua Chu as Senior Counsel to lead its tokenization strategy. The company is also partnering with Evident Capital to support the launch of its inaugural tokenized bond issuance of up to $30 million, targeting completion by Q1 2026. As Senior Counsel, Mr. Chu will structure and issue the first tranche of tokenized bonds, which will be subject to market conditions and regulatory requirements.
