Netskope has introduced new security capabilities for Model Context Protocol (MCP) communications, part of its Netskope One platform. The enhancements provide visibility and access control for MCP, enabling organizations to confidently advance agentic AI adoption without compromising security. The new features include identifying MCP servers and clients in use, extending risk scoring to MCP servers, managing access with granular policy controls, detecting and monitoring non-human traffic, and identifying sensitive data in use with MCP tools.
