NCLH--

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) is shifting its strategy to boost load factors across its fleet, focusing on short Caribbean itineraries and upgraded private island, Great Stirrup Cay. This pivot has already improved load factors, and management expects occupancy to return to 2024 levels or higher in 2026. While this may dilute per-diem pricing, NCLH still expects low- to mid-single-digit net yield growth. Royal Caribbean Cruises (RCL) and Carnival Corporation (CCL) are also on track to meet their load factor and yield objectives, supported by strong booking trends and demand strength across brands.
