Nationals' Trevor Williams Placed on Injured List with Elbow Sprain

The Washington Nationals have placed RHP Trevor Williams on the 15-day injured list due to a right elbow sprain. Keibert Ruiz has been reinstated from the concussion list, and the team has recalled Ryan Loutos from Triple-A Rochester and optioned Drew Millas to Rochester. Williams is 3-10 with a 6.21 ERA in 17 starts this season, while Ruiz is batting.247 with two homers and 24 RBIs in 66 games.
