Nasus Pharma has priced a $15.0 million private placement, selling 2,695,425 ordinary shares and accompanying warrants for a combined purchase price of $5.565 per share. The company plans to use the net proceeds to advance the clinical development of NS002 for anaphylaxis treatment and fund other corporate purposes.
