Nasdaq Delinquency Notice Issued to Basel Medical Group Over Incomplete Annual Report

Basel Medical Group has received a delinquency notification from Nasdaq due to an incomplete annual report. The company must submit a plan to regain compliance within 60 days and has until May 18, 2026, to do so. Basel Medical's net loss for FY25 was S$12.09 million, compared to a profit of S$2.07 million in the prior year, but sales increased to S$11.32 million.
