Intuitive Machines has been awarded a $180.4 million contract by NASA to deliver seven science and technology payloads to the moon's south pole. The contract marks the company's fifth Commercial Lunar Payload Services delivery mission, targeting Mons Malapert, a strategically important ridge near the lunar south pole. The mission includes an Australian Space Agency lunar rover and technologies developed by Honeybee Robotics, a unit of Blue Origin.
