Myseum completes sale of RPM Interactive to Avalon GloboCare for $19.5mln.

Myseum, Inc. has completed the sale of its 34% ownership interest in RPM Interactive to Avalon GloboCare Corp. for $19.5 million. Avalon will issue 19,500 shares of Series E Non-Voting Convertible Preferred Stock to RPM stockholders. RPM's Catch-Up SaaS platform generates human-like AI commentary and publishes content to major platforms on an automated basis.
