Murphy USA Q3 Earnings Top Estimates, Merchandise Sales Drive Growth

Murphy USA reported Q3 2025 adjusted EPS of $7.25, beating estimates of $6.60 and last year's profit of $7.20. However, operating revenues fell 2.5% YoY to $5.1 billion, missing the consensus mark by $104 million due to lower petroleum product sales. Merchandise sales increased 3.7% YoY. The company opened eight new retail locations in Q3 and closed two outlets, taking its store count to 1,772.
