MSC Income Fund, Inc. has appointed Nataly M. Marks as a new independent member of its Board of Directors. She will also serve on the Board's Audit Committee. Ms. Marks is the President of Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc., a leading steel service center company. Her appointment is effective immediately.
