The Mosaic Company (NYSE: MOS) has completed a $900 million debt offering, issuing $400 million in 4.600% senior notes. The offering, managed by J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, BMO Capital Markets, and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, was conducted under a shelf registration statement. The Notes are unsecured and rank equally with existing debt.
