Morningstar Announces Anne Bramman as Board Member and Committee Member

Morningstar, Inc. has announced the appointment of Anne Bramman to its Board of Directors and as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and Compensation Committee. Bramman brings extensive experience in finance and corporate governance, having previously served as CFO of Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Chief Accounting Officer at Goldman Sachs.
