Morgan Stanley China A Share Fund Announces Preliminary Results of Tender Offer

Morgan Stanley China A Share Fund has announced preliminary results of its tender offer, with approximately 14.4 million shares tendered out of 3.4 million shares sought. The pro-ration for each tendering stockholder is estimated to be 23.3%. The purchase price of properly tendered shares is 98.5% of the net asset value per share as of March 31, 2026.
