The project features cutting-edge technology, including LEA Professional's IoT-enabled Cinema Digital Series power amplifiers, QSC speakers, and Barco projection systems. The venue will offer a seamless transition between film screenings and live performances with a full-service restaurant and bar in the lobby.

The project, set to open in September 2025, will blend the theatre's rich theatrical legacy with cutting-edge technology, offering a premier venue for both film screenings and live performances.

The transformation, which includes collaboration with A24, features advanced technology installations such as LEA Professional's IoT-enabled Cinema Digital Series power amplifiers, QSC speakers, and Barco projection systems. A motorized Stewart Screen with QSC speaker system and a Barco SP4K-12 laser projector will provide high-end visual and audio experiences. Additionally, the venue will include a full-service restaurant and bar in the lobby.
