Moreover, on December 3, the Guangdong Administration for Industry and Commerce announced that the acquisition of Yonghui Supermarket Co., Ltd. by Miniso's Guangdong Juncai International Trading Co., Ltd. was approved unconditionally in the review of the concentration of business operators. Guosheng Securities pointed out that the transaction of Yonghui's equity is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025, and the transaction price will have no more than 40% from its own funds in the future, which will be accounted for and consolidated in the investment income under the equity method.
