On February 3, 2025, Minesto, a pioneering marine energy technology company, invites you to an exclusive seminar at the Nordic House in the Faroe Islands. The event, titled "Harnessing the Power of Predictable Tidal Streams," aims to showcase the company's innovative Deep Green technology and its potential for revolutionizing the renewable energy landscape.

Minesto's unique subsea kite technology has the potential to generate clean, reliable, and predictable energy from tidal streams and ocean currents. The company's strategic focus on predictable energy sources has driven its growth and expansion, as evidenced by several key achievements.

In December 2023, Minesto successfully completed the installation of a drilled and grouted seabed anchor solution for the Dragon 12 powerplant in the Faroe Islands. This offshore infrastructure completion paved the way for the production site for Dragon 12 to be ready for power production. In February 2024, Minesto reached a key milestone when the tidal powerplant Dragon 12, rated at 1.2 MW, was commissioned and generated its first electricity to the national grid in the Faroe Islands. This marked a historic milestone for the company, demonstrating the feasibility of using tidal and ocean currents as a renewable natural resource for electricity production.

Minesto's technology has also evolved through the development of its Dragon Class powerplants, which have delivered all functionality and satisfactory performance, forming a basis for buildout in commercial sites. The company has a full-scale production site in operation, which demonstrates its unique technology to utility customers and site investors, serving as a strategic asset in the business creation process.

In addition to these achievements, Minesto has filed a patent application for a new technical innovation that enables launch and recovery of its marine energy converters at the surface regardless of the tether length. This innovation expands the addressable market opportunities and reduces operating costs, making Minesto's systems more competitive in various sea depths and areas with continuous ocean currents.

The seminar will provide an opportunity to learn more about Minesto's innovative technology, its potential for market penetration, and the company's strategic focus on predictable tidal streams and ocean currents. Attendees will have the chance to engage with Minesto's team, ask questions, and discuss the future of renewable energy.

Don't miss this unique opportunity to be part of the conversation and witness the potential of Minesto's groundbreaking technology. Join us at the Nordic House in the Faroe Islands on February 3, 2025, for an enlightening and inspiring seminar on harnessing the power of predictable tidal streams.
