Mindtell Tech has entered into a letter of intent with Gengnan and Zhao Baqin, potentially acquiring the entire equity of Henan Lixuan Network.

MINDTELL TECH (08611) announced that on January 22, 2025 (after trading hours), the Company entered into a letter of intent with Mr. Geng Nan and Ms. Zhao Baqin regarding the discussion of possible cooperation, which may include, but not limited to, the acquisition of the entire equity of Henan Lixuan Network. According to the terms of the letter of intent, the Group shall conduct due diligence on Henan Lixuan Network after the signing of the letter of intent. At the date of this announcement, the Company has engaged professionals to conduct due diligence on Henan Lixuan Network.
