This landmark deal positions Nebius to provide significant computational resources specifically for Microsoft's expansive AI ventures.

Following the announcement made post-market on Monday, Nebius' stock experienced a meteoric rise, surging over 60% before settling at a 44% increase by the session’s end. Meanwhile, Microsoft's shares edged up by a modest 0.21%, reflecting the market's cautious optimism in response to this significant partnership.

Under the terms of the contract, Microsoft may also receive additional services from Nebius, potentially increasing the total contract value to approximately $194 billion.
