Meta is adding commerce features to Instagram and Facebook, allowing content creators to link affiliate accounts and tag products in posts. On Facebook, users can tag products in Reels and photos with a floating bubble, while on Instagram, influencers can load up to 30 shoppable products into a single Reel. The new features aim to make it easier for creators to monetize their content and could make the platforms feel more like a shopping mall.
